E C S Security Inc offers the following return policy:
Goods may be returned for credit or exchange under certain conditions. You must contact our office for instructions and an authorization number. Merchandise returned for credit must be current models, unused and uninstalled - in new condition. The repair or replacement of product and parts is subject to availability and repair time is not guaranteed. repairs or replacement parts carry a 90 day warranty. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to goods returned for credit.
Operators have a limited two year warranty providing the unit as been installed to the manufacturer's specifications.
